We know it is good to set healthy boundaries but how do you know if it is a boundary you are setting or a grudge you are carrying?  Christina & Michelle share some mindful tips in self-awareness around the topic.

Meltdowns happen.  From time to time, it is normal to have a meltdown.  In this episode Christina & Michelle chat about their meltdowns and what to do when you have one.  Some good practices are to recognize that you in fact having a meltdown and that the world is not coming to an end,  give yourself a break and let it pass.
