Chanel Stuck is a 47 year old New Zealand born, mother of three glorious daughters. She's a CrossFit Athlete. A Keto Coach. And she has had a long journey with depression and body image. And she now has the tools and habits to hold her physical and mental health stable and radiant. She is a bionic woman with an artificial disc in her back, her journey with pain, health and finding her purpose is both inspiring and reassuring. She shares her story out of pain, depression, and lack of health into purpose passion and how she navigates a big life of love and vitality, in a strange and challenging world.
