Katie Farinas is a mom, seasoned nurse, yoga teacher, Dharma (Life Purpose) Coach, spiritual teacher and host of the podcast, Mom On The

Verge. Katie has been passionate about all thing’s health and wellness from a young age. However, after battling postpartum depression following the birth of her first child, becoming a chronic migraine sufferer in her mid 30’s, and parenting a teenager with significant mental and physical health struggles, she was forced to examine the impact our mental health has on our physical health and how intimately those two things are connected.

Taking a deep dive into the mind body connection, Katie became a certified yoga teacher, a meditation facilitator and a warrior for improving mental health. Katie believes that the opposite of depression is not happiness, but purpose, and she is deeply committed to helping women step into their purpose to make their lives and this world a better place. Katie also believes in the power of authentically, sharing our truth to help heal ourselves and others, the importance of community and how love and compassion can spread outward like ripples in a pond to create a kinder, safer and more equitable world.

In her free time Katie enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, traveling, hanging with her kids, husband and pup and reading all things spiritual.

Jen is an eager learner and has also studied Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Intelligence. Jen is most passionate about bringing a blend of Pain Science and Positive Intelligence to the world.

Jen loves and has been teaching since 1998 with companies in Chicago, Virginia, Colorado, and internationally. Jen has owned a small private practice since 2007.

Outside of PT and coaching, Jen is a passionate mom to three (mostly grown) kids while seeking laughter and connection with others. As the saying goes, laughter is good medicine and Jen wholeheartedly agrees. Let's connect and get ready for some learning, smiles, and even some laughter today.

Inaya Oakroot's journey unfolds as a testament to the exploration of interconnected worlds and the transformative power of bridging diverse experiences. For the past eight years, Inaya has dedicated herself to the healing arts, specializing in sound healing, energy healing, and the exploration of akashic records.
