Get ready for the rainy season. This year, it rained early. This episode provided some pro-active solutions and recommendations to get your home ready for the season. Our host, Ning, managed to get Chai to co-host the program and share his experience.

Welcome to the new release of the program. For the first episode of RBB, Ning and Nok (a guest appearance at Study Abroad) provided some criteria in selecting a house or a condominium. They also talked about the importance of having a common legal entity to handle houses and condominiums common issues such as roads, swimming pools, etc.

Continuation on home expansion. This time, Chai and Tak finished the foundation topic and Tak finished the architecture and the function aspects. Chai also pointed out the do and don't of home expansion, he mainly stressed on planning. He also mentioned a case when an owner felt really sorry for making his home expansion.

Chai and Tak provided a framework for the discussion. There were four aspects of the topic that two would cover; legal, foundation, achitecture and function. On this podcast, we managed to cover the first two.

This time, we talked about the sink, counter, lighting, ventilation and some issues that should be pointed out in toilets construction. And a warning about jacuzzi.

Types of sanitary wares, showers, pitfalls and mistakes often made in toilets are topics we discussed this time. Too bad, Chai and Ning could not make it this time. Anyway, we could not finish the topic this week, let see if they could join next time.

A very brief episode to conclude 2006 and what to expect in 2007.
