Tak was back to join Chai and Ning. They shared two cases this time about home inspection; tiles inspection and inspection by a unique group.

Chai provided a guideline for home and condo inspection, this was something you should be aware of when you bought a real estate and was about to make the final payment, after this inspection. He also gave us an example of what he had experienced with his customers, and, also, we had an example from khun Ning (Changkhui Episode 13).

Finally, Aey had trigged his mother to finance the restoration of the house. Indies Girl, again, put Chai and Aey together to discuss how to go about restoring an old wooden house.
