We would take the opportunity to reassure our friends in incarnation that all is well, and all manner of things shall be well.

If you allow yourself the privilege of being detached from the shenanigans that are taking place in the global world at this time, you can find such a place of peace. You will surprise yourselves how much your inner world has changed, has become peaceful, and that this really is the way forward for all our friends at this time.

The more the world wobbles in the global context, the more peace each individual can find in their own being.  It is as though there are dual ways of experiencing life, running alongside each other. And the one you wish to incorporate in your being, is the one that is becoming ever more peaceful, while the other one becomes ever more delirious with its own unseating.

We would suggest that the summer can be a summer of love – as they used to call it in the sixties.  A Summer of Love.  For yourself; for your neighbours; for your friends and for family.

And as you feel this increasing sense of loving kindness, so your being becomes calmer, more peaceful.  You can recognise that this approach of loving kindness is truly the engine of a calmer world view within your being.

See yourself now as a carrier of beauty and truth.  Allow yourself the privilege of recognising this to be so. And in that knowledge of recognition, you smile on the inside, but also smile on the outside.  

It is a realignment of your state of being and in the way you appear to those around you, and those you meet, in the course of your daily lives. There is a cheery countenance, not the miserable countenance, which so much of the world engenders today.

We ask all our friends in incarnation, just to rest in that knowledge. Spend the summer perfecting it; becoming it; allowing it.   And in due course there will be signs in the outer world too, that things have changed; are changing; will change.  And that there can be a calmer way of being in the world of men and women. And in the world of ‘All That Is’.

APRIL 2026 

“In the beginning was the word.  And the word was with God.  And the word was God”.

But God has changed in the last while. God has become an inner experience, and it is the wisdom of the ages that can now enter humanity at a very, very deep level.

In the beginning Adam and Eve were the duality of God’s promise to humanity. The once and future promise over eons of time to become one, to integrate.

In our word today, there is such a schism between and women.  More obvious in many areas of the globe, but also universal as social media more and more seems to allow the aspect that is male to rule by right: to believe it has rights over the other dynamic, which is feminine.

And yet this  truly is on its way out, and although the old aspect of dominance and servility is screaming to be heard in our world today, we suggest that beneath this, true integration is happening. A sense of an inner wisdom, without any other control mechanism overruling it. The ‘once and future promise’ is now in view, in fact, and within.

In our view the current and controlling male dynamic is at desperation point. A last-ditch, all out war, because it knows – in the way humanity understand things – that it cannot last.

So many young people are now seeking a way to the spiritual aspect of themselves; for a life that has no controlling order. Of course, they are experiencing the teething problems of finding a new way of being in the world of men and women.

But for those of you who have been waiting the ages for the truth and beauty of wisdom; knowing that this is the path you have been following most of your lives – consciously or unconsciously – we say,’ It is here, now’.

We suggest that you trust this. Just let go. Let this inner wisdom lead you now.  You do not need to push the pathway, or follow a journey, or make a statement. You just let go, into being it.

It is a very relaxing place to be because it asks nothing. It just is. There are no demands for you to try to be something you are not.

There is a natural path, a natural peace. And all is well, and all manner of things shall be well.

MARCH 2026

We would ask our readers in incarnation to stop, stop, stop.  Stop in your tracks.  Centre yourself into your body and feel the relaxation that comes by centring right down into the body. And relax.

There is such stirring in the firmament at the lunar eclipse this month,  that has shortly followed the solar eclipse of last month. It is a moment just to stand still in your body, as the world turns and swirls and gathers strength in the firmament of chaos.

But as you stand firm, like the trunk of a tree, fill yourself up as though you are the trunk of a tree, and feel your roots deeply embedded in planet earth. There you can rest, relieved, comforted and, yes, happy in your own skin. Now, at this moment in time.

And then, as the eclipse passes, having stood still in your ‘within me’ state of being, know that you feel much stronger, more alive.  You feel much more settled on the planet, and not completely thrown off it, as so many people do at this time.

We suggest that in this moment of ‘stopping still, deep within my own being’, you feel there is a solid base from which to sense a new awakening. Am awakening that comes from deep down within your being, and not, as in the old way, from ideas, or the rush at urgent things to do.

This waking is like the opening that a tree feels in spring, or a flower. As though you are organically waking, unfolding, to move from the solid base of who you are, without the fear of being knocked off it. In the past your solid base has often been difficult to hold on to. Now you stay firm within your own being. You are solidly in place for a truly new opening: an opening time for planet earth, for you personally, and for the outer world eventually.

In our view, this critical moment is exciting, not daunting; not scary. As you stand firmly within your being; your natural being, connected so solidly to planet earth, you realise that life is as you feel it right now is Truth. Truth and wisdom. And in this moment of truth, you can smile and say, ‘ah ha’. The truth is that you are part of Planet Earth; part of the continuing cycle that is earth.

Know that the maelstrom around you isn’t grounded, is not connected to you. The shrillness around you, and the warmongering, is not the truth about planet earth. Feel the truth of your truth:  that you are here, now, and ready to grow from your own sense of who you truly are.

Feel how you might proceed.  What you might know. What you might understand. And what you might be at this time.

FEBRUARY 2026

We would like to take the opportunity to reassure our friends in incarnation that the storms will pass.  And life will become calmer, and more manageable.  Indeed, we feel a real sense of new beginnings at this time.

In our view, the Chinese New Year of the Horse; the Fire Horse, is one of change; of new understandings, of the sense of a bigger picture that people can experience for themselves.

We can sense how the narrowness of life – which the geopolitical situation has engendered over these last years – will feel as though it is expanding. Expanding out, and around you, giving a sense of something new, something different, and which detaches you from the continuing geopolitical maelstrom in the firmament.

And as you feel this widening of your whole being, the widening of your whole horizon, there is a calming aspect to this, because you are able to recognise that it is different, and that you are different. And you can therefore begin to understand that you are operating in a much bigger environment than the heavyweight one that has overlaid life until now.

The Fire Horse is a sign of action, of positive action, which can then become a different action for change. It is action with the understanding that humanity can emerge from the narrowness of political life and open out into Real Life.  Action with the recognition that you are different; that you can effect change in your own way, in your own style, through your own creativity, and for yourself.

When you acknowledge yourself as the creative force in your own world, this will expand into that bigger picture, and will allow life to feel positive again. It will still be wild out there, but you will feel completely safe, in your own environment; in your small corner and others in theirs.

And the relaxation of positive action will be different to the nightmare of the political wrangling, enforcing, and over-powering, which will now seem unworkable, and very silly. 

You can feel part of your own universe now, which is kind, and stable, and small. And complete in its own environment of change and positive action. And you will like it.

JANUARY 2026

May we take the opportunity to suggest to our friends in incarnation, that life is absolutely different today to the way it has been for the last many years. Today is the first day of life as we will know it for the next many years.

In our view. today feels different inside and outside: a real sense completion that has been a long time coming, but also a long time accepting, because human beings want comfort, safety, and sameness, in order to feel alive and well.

But it is time to trust that change has happened, and that you no longer feel yourself to be the person you were over the last many years.  We suggest that Covid was the marking point of this change, however uncomfortable and lingering and relentless it was, and still has been for many people. It was a marker point of a transition that has completed today, and which you can celebrate as the means of arriving here, fully; ‘newly constructed’ we might say.

Today marks a significant moment in human history. There are so many things being realigned, rediscovered. Things that are turning on a sixpence in the social world, the scientific world, and in humanity itself.  It is back to the drawing board for so many disciplines, and means acceptance that life is not the way we thought it was. And we can enjoy exploring how it will be, in all disciplines.

In our view, there are warnings for those who are steaming ahead in the old way; that they are unsupported by the underlying structure of what it is to be human. It is time to change.  Change in the most radical way, which will begin to see fruit in the next year or three.

Trust that you are safe, that you are supported, and that even if life seems to be tipping on its head in some ways, this is how it is meant to be.  A changing of the guard; a changing of direction; a changing of everything at this time.

What we suggest you might do in this early part of the new year – in this new relationship to your own lives, and to life in the round – is to stop worrying about it all. Simply open your eyes and ears for the serendipitous things that are happening at this time. Serendipitous things for you personally, but also those things for the wider world and the bigger picture.

Notice things, look at things. It is time for the mind that keeps trogging around to find solutions, to quieten.  And for you to find the solutions from an inner perspective, from a visionary perspective. Look at things and see them, as if for the first time.

In our view, the most important aspect of this change is the caretaking of the planet itself. Seeing the reality of the planet, watching earth in a new way and recognising its relationship to all that is.  Here on earth things are changing. The earth itself is changing.

And that is that.

We would take the opportunity to reassure our friends in incarnation that all is well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Yes, yes, yes. We have been saying this in the last while, haven’t we, just as the world feels as though it is losing its grip on reality right now.  And yet we still say, all shall be well.

And what we suggest, at this very sacred time of the year, is just to sit quietly. Sit quietly in your environment. This does not mean you don’t do the things that you have to do, especially at this time when Christmas looks so busy and bustling.

But there is an opportunity now, when Life, nature, comes to rest, for you to feel nature’s rest in your own sense of life and times.  It is the time to reflect on the idea that you are part of nature and therefore able to feel within the pulse of nature itself. To do so at this time of year, but, also, at this moment in time in the world of men and women.

It is as though you are able to feel a different pulse, a different rhythm.  And it is possible now to align yourself with a rhythm that is very different to the one that is skittering about in the airwaves as we speak.

Yes, out there it is skittering still. It is almost now as though it is skittering on ice; it is so tricky. And yet, if you come back to yourself, feel the pulse in the atmosphere, in the earth, in the Life Force, there can be a settling, a realigning, a relationship, that has long been gone. Long lost in the outer world of men and women.

We suggest you align to this winter solstice, to this Christmas. The solstice when things are quiet and at rest. And Christmas when new life is born in your DNA now. In other words, the realignment to Life Itself is truly possible at this time.

And it is from there, from that stillness, from that silence, and from that rest, that you reflect, through nature, that the stirrings of a new life can begin.

We would take the opportunity to suggest to our readers in incarnation, that life is absolutely fine right now. Life is fine.

It is as though the wildness in the atmosphere and the screeching in the environment, really is slowing down. The Wild West of rhetoric and autocratic announcements, and the absolute certainties we hear when these autocrats pronounce how life is and will be – is actually losing its power.

We suggest that, as unlikely as it seems, the world is now withdrawing from this autocratic way of being in the world, this separatist way of conducting affairs and disseminating ideas. And as you allow this to be true, in your own inner way of accessing truth, you will sense the withdrawing of the tide that has filled your bodies with anxiety and fear, impacting your well-being, even to the point of illness at this time.

Trust us when we say that the tide is turning, and you will feel this heavy emotional tide leaving the body, lessening the rush of unease that emotionality can bring, when life seems so outrageous, so unfathomable. Feel this withdrawal of the emotional intensity in the air, in the body, in your well-being.

And then, we suggest, there can be a re-alignment in how you feel, once you experience this change in water level, in the level of that emotional stampede. You will know there are changes to be made; decisions to be made about ways of behaving. A re-imagining of things that have been with you for many years – a lifetime.  Even for those of you who have let go so much, and progressed so well throughout your lives so far.

And as the emotional tide turns, when you feel old habits creeping in, you can see how differently you might organise your lives or change your routines. Feel, as you contemplate these differences, that you can begins to relax again, be emotionally literate agai n- and stay quietly within your own well-being.  

You will no longer be dictated to, or distracted by the swirl of the tide that has been in evidence these last difficult and unsettling years of heightened tensions throughout the world and throughout humanity.

As you feel these differences and change those habits that do not serve you; as you make new decisions and refine your ideas; and as you feel them coming into your being without the excess of emotional challenge, notice that it all feels fine.  

It does all feel fine.

May we ask our readers in incarnation to let go.  Let it go, let it go. All the things that you no longer need, and that you know you no longer need.

The time has come. Whether it is an old refrain that goes round and round in your head, or guilt, or shame, or embarrassment, or disappointment. Feel the release now, and know that all is well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Letting go, letting go, letting go. See the burdens, the depressions, the cloudiness floating away – even the not knowing any more. That too can be fluffed off now.  And then you can feel there is something solid, something renewed, something fresh that is left in your being now.

And we re-iterate that it is in your own being now. It is not half attached to anyone else, despite their closeness to, or their distance, from you.  This newly refreshed, extraordinarily okay you, stands alone, in the now moment.

Test the waters around you. Feel that although you don’t have attachments, or chains, or bonds connecting you to anyone else, you feel strong, and stable, and without fear. Being detached can come without fear. Standing alone can be totally okay.

This has been the problem, we suggest.   These cords or bonds or chains that attach you, not only to your old stuff, but also to people. This is the most difficult one to recognise and release, so you don’t hang on, and are able to stand alone, here now.

And then, you reassess.  As you release those chains or cords, you can feel around, look around in this wholly detached way.  See who and what you would bring back. Not to attach, but to be near, to be in your orbit, around you, but not attached to you, and most of all, not in you.

You can take time to reflect. You can put someone nearby and feel whether the cords suddenly come back, or you might know immediately that you do not want them anywhere near you. And you order your life accordingly. According to how you feel inside, alone, unattached. But not lonely.

And as you begin to feel what you need – recognise how much you are holding on to:  an outdated creative pursuit, perhaps, or there is someone you are not sure about, or there is something tangible, like an old table, that you don’t really like or need. Anything that doesn’t feel right, in this moment of refreshed aloneness, can go. You can feel it is no longer needed as an attachment, as a safety valve, as a ‘just in case’. Or a connection to someone or something that you don’t need any more.

It is time to change. It is time to recognise that new feelings, new experiences, new recognitions can emerge, can present themselves. And as you reflect, and just when you are no longer attached to the old, in whatever way you perceive that to be, you are free to be fully present to the new you, and the new way ahead. Because you can see it ahead of you.

And it will come. No matter what.

We take the opportunity today to suggest that all is well, and all manner of things shall be well.

So, in the scheme of things, life over the last few months has felt almost unbearable at times. And life has not been easy for so many of our friends in incarnation.  And yet, and yet, in our view at this time, you do hold Trust.  In the sense of trust in a new dawn on the horizon.

Trust is not easily won at all, as you all know.  And yet what we ask you to feel, at the bottom of your spine, right now, as you relax down to that place…. is Trust.  And the sense that you can smile at this revelation you experience at the bottom of your spine in the now moment.

What we are suggesting is that Trust is a state of mind that can be held as a constant now.  No matter what the outer world brings, there is a place of knowing and trusting that all is well, and that all manner of things shall be well.

And it is real. The spreading out of that feeling, from the bottom of the spine, out around the body.  So that you can know with certainty that all is well, and all manner of things shall be well.  Because the time has come, even with so much chaos still in the air, when you recognise that you are no longer part of that dynamic.  Truly not part of that dynamic.

It is as though, as you sit in Trust at the base of your spine, you know that you are almost a world unto yourself.  It is not that other world even though you live in it and understand it to be so chaotic and you don’t like it.  But here, now, is the beginning of a new promise that you trust in who you are, and your place in yourself, in your world, and in your world view.

You can smile at this.  You can laugh at this.  You can find it so amusing that it was all down there, all held deeply within your own being, to know yourself to be here now trusting. Sitting in the trust of being who and what you are, and that this is fixed now.

You can trust that it is fixed because it is as though there has been a separation in the energies of what it is to be human.  And you are sitting in a lower register from the world that is spinning around you. And you are still.

And the world is spinning faster and faster.  In reality.  And yet you are stable, sitting beneath the spinning.  And you are fine.

Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.  That is the meaning, we suggestm of the death of Pope Francis on Easter Monday.

It is the sign, the symbol, the metaphor, the meaning. That it is possible for a good man to resurrect peace and stability, and love and harmony.  And to inject it into humanity’s seething unhappiness with the way things are right now.

See in your mind’s eye, the former Pope blessing humanity in a way that allows everything to stabilise, to withdraw from the teeming energetic resonances that have taken hold over the last years, the last months, the last weeks.

It will feel as though there is a calming; a sense that things can stabilise, within who you are and what you are. And it will feel different inside your being, to the being that has lived on planet earth until now. 

There is the feeling that life has taken a 360 degree turn and is now starting the clock on a new humanity, on a new sense of what it is to be on planet earth. Trust that all does feel well somehow, deep down within your being. Sense that all shall be well.

Know, then, there can be a true release from the churning mental programmes that have been in the mix for so long. Feel a withdrawal into the body of mankind, rather than the mind of mankind. As though, as you sink down into the body, you experience something called calm and peace.

It is significant that when operating from within the body, rather than in the mind, things seem so much easier and calmer.  Because life expands here, in the body of mankind. And the earth itself can acknowledge and be open to a true sense that mankind cares for it, loves it. And can go the extra mile to support life on earth, in a much kinder, more resilient way.

Stop worrying. Stop worrying. Stop worrying. This is our mantra these days, and yet it is a reality that worry stays in the mind and not in the body. The body can relax. The body is the harbour of your own peace of mind – the mind of the body. And, in particular, the solar plexus now, which has increasing value as a mind experience.

This is very different from the mental mind experience that has come to its full measure, and which needs to be released from the tension of what it has been to be human since time immemorial.

Take a moment to feel this new depth now available within your being. It is more than meditation. It is an exploration – of a deeper place of recognition. Of knowing who you are, and enjoying that knowledge. Rather than judging yourself, you can revere yourself.

Because in your own being there is huge love of self. A huge love of humanity. And a huge love of earth.

A love of Life Itself.

Annie will now take a three or four month sabbatical, and will be in touch when the next monthly channelling is available.  Have a good summer to everyone.
