on this episode, i honestly have no idea what i said. i got in the bath and just channelled for 20 minutes. i talked and talked and talked. i processed and processed and processed. i spoke about limiting beliefs, grieving old selves, aligning with a new belief system, and tending to your energy in business. it goes all over the place but i know one thing for certain: it spilled out of me. and i hope it makes sense for you all and that it is exactly what you need to hear (coherent or not!) in this moment. i love you.
