  • He Filmed A Forest Guide, And It Won In Los Angeles | Sandeep Sinha | Chaos To Clarity Podcast

Sandeep Sinha filmed a forest guide at Satpura with no filmmaking experience at all, and the film went on to win in Los Angeles and was selected as a finalist in Berlin. Before any of this he spent twenty years in IT, five of them in the US, until a stray moment outside a mall in Bangalore changed the direction of his life. He stopped to watch some children painting, bought paints on the way home, and started. No training, no plan.

Snowed in during a winter in the US, he made a single piece with 945 paintings inside it, recognised by the Limca Book and the Asia Book of Records. Small had worked, so he tried long, and painted the longest oil painting in the world. That took him into the Guinness Book of Records, a few years after picking up a brush for the first time.

The same instinct then took him into India's forests. In this conversation he tells the story of Panna Tiger Reserve, which had forty tigers in 2005 and none three years later, with a CBI investigation that never produced an answer, and the tiger that escaped and walked 444 kilometres back towards Pench. He explains why he films the forest guides rather than the tigers, and what he says to young people whose parents will not accept art as a career.

  • What 25 Years of Selling Software Taught Me About Winning Enterprise Clients

Kapil Bhutkar, founder of Cybridge and a B2B marketing strategist with 25 years in the field, helps small software companies land large enterprise clients. His argument is that the way most founders chase leads is broken, and that the fix is not more leads but fewer, better qualified ones.

In this conversation he breaks down how to decide who you should actually be selling to, how to qualify a prospect on budget, authority, need and timeline before you spend a rupee reaching out, and why the size of your team has nothing to do with whether a large company will buy from you. He walks through pricing as most founders get it wrong, cost plus a modest margin, and what to do instead: put a number on what the problem is costing the customer, then show the return on investment and the cost of doing nothing.

The episode closes on a case that makes the point better than any framework. A client's accounting software was selling for 15 dollars a month per user in India with a 2% conversion rate. Repositioned to accountants in the US, with no change to the product, it sold on 100,000 dollar annual contracts.

She also unpacks the safety systems every woman traveller should build before entering the jungle alone, her exact camera settings for bird photography, the ethics of getting close without disturbing a bird, the scorpion story at Kumbhalgarh that taught her about presence of mind, and why she believes the whole race of counting birds and chasing followers has ruined the pure essence of the hobby.

  • Turning Passion Into A Business Is Not A Cakewalk | Jayanth Sharma | Chaos To Clarity Podcast

ayanth Sharma, one of India's leading wildlife photographers and founder and CEO of Toehold, gives a behind-the-scenes look at what it actually takes to turn a creative passion into a working business. • Tech Interviews Are Garbage In The AI Era | John Roche | Chaos To Clarity Podcast

John Roche, director at AQ Metrics in Dublin and a 30-year veteran of the tech industry, gives a behind-the-scenes look at why the current technical interview is broken and what founders should do instead. In this episode of Chaos To Clarity, John shares why he calls tech interviews "garbage," why they test the wrong thing, and how AI has rewired the hiring equation.

He also unpacks why a team of A players will explode in two months, why founders should tell engineers the problem and never the solution, the three clarities every team needs before the next hire, and the painful scaling moment that took him from 40 reports to 250 in two years. John was one of the leaders inside Fenergo, the third Irish tech unicorn, during its scale from 80 people to over 1,000. He was at Regnology for four years after that and Adobe before all of it.

  • Cycled 25 KM Everyday To Play Ranji Trophy | Ajay Rajput | Chaos To Clarity Podcast

He cycled 25 kilometres each way to play cricket. His father was a car driver who lost his job for four years for standing up for workers. The family could not afford anything else. So Ajay Rajput got on a bicycle.

  • $2,500 Start, Mid-Eight Figures, Then Lost $750K In 13 Months | Ben Berman | Chaos To Clarity Podcast

He sold his car for $2,500. No loan, no debt. By year one he was close to $1 million in revenue. Over nine years he bootstrapped 365 Cycles into a mid-eight-figure e-commerce business selling bicycle parts and accessories across the US. Then a single supplier email during COVID dropped his revenue 70% in one day. Over 13 months he lost $750,000.

In this conversation, Ben Berman and Piyush Thacker cover the full arc: how the just-in-time inventory model works, what it actually costs to sell a $100 product online across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and your own website, why Ben targets 18 to 20X return on ad spend when most marketers celebrate 10X, and how a $2,500-per-hour coach turned out to be the best money he ever spent. Ben also shares why fractional leadership works better than full-time C-suite for most growing businesses, and the one lesson from a gymnastics coach about the Latin meaning of "to teach" that changed how he trains his entire team.

His biggest lesson: money without wisdom just makes you dumber.

  • Sell Less, Grow More With Organic Social | Bron Watson | Chaos To Clarity Podcast

Every business owner wants more leads. Most of them are chasing the wrong 3%.

In this episode, Piyush Thacker talks with Bron Watson, CEO of The Social Coach and founder of The Serenity Project. Bron has been building and mentoring online businesses for 14 years. In 2017 she was diagnosed with breast cancer while running a successful mastermind. She shut the business model down overnight during chemotherapy, with no plan B, and rebuilt. In 2023 a second cancer diagnosis, this time incurable, led her to create The Serenity Project and begin writing a book, "Be Where Your Feet Are", due September 2025.

In this conversation Bron explains the 63 rule: why only 3 people in any room are ready to buy today, why the next 60 are your real opportunity, and why selling at the wrong moment kills every relationship you have built. She walks through organic social media as a business foundation, how to run drip campaigns that build trust instead of irritating people, and why she describes herself as the Chief Coffee Drinker rather than a social media expert.
