Well, that's a fucking thing. I imagine that the work in this particular episodes looks at the balance between self-pity & whatever the 'healthy' emotional equivalent.

This one could have gone one of two ways:

1. somebody pissed me off & I had had enough. B. there was no one or no thing and I still wasn't with the shits.

This one is interesting. The biggest part of my growth has been in my reconciling my sensitivity as super power. I wonder who made me sad? I likely masked the sadness with a bit of indignation, tho...

I imagine I must have been talking about my purpose. I do tend to get worked up about shit like that??
