In Chapter 16, the boys are transported back in time by Hermione's Pensieve, to visit a rather interesting memory featuring one of their current teachers. Here, the plot unravels, as we finally learn the origins of one recurring character's interesting birthmark, but, as this story often goes, one step forward often means two steps back, as we launch into more unanswered questions.
