The next two sections of Chapter 1.8 are combined in this release.  President Trump frequently claimed that “fake ballots” for Biden were injected into the vote-counting process via truckloads of ballots delivered in the middle of the night. There was also reports of election officials re-running stacks of ballots through counting machines. The reporters were true. But, it is routine for election officials to re-scan ballots if they are not properly scanned and tabulated.
