Being busy is the response many of us give when we are asked how we are going - it's almost as if we wear a badge of honour when we are busy - but I think a life of busyness for busyness sake is not necessarily a productive or fulfilled life. 

I am not talking about that - in this podcast I am talking about how to rest and recover after a particular busy season and how to respond so that you can feel refreshed and ready to re-emerge.

Being the first podcast of the year we are talking about casting vision and steps to make changes - this is a great exercise when you are at the beginning of a new year so I hope you find it helpful on your journey to take your business to new heights!

In the final podcast for the year, Chris talks about a recent  breakthrough she has had in her business. She has discovered certain tools that have helped her to get on top of her time management and so she begins to recognise the fact that we do in fact have servants in our lives today. Both in business and as a homemaker she has realised that we do indeed have servants - digital servants and electrical servants!

Chris has been thinking recently about the fact that she doesn't seem to be getting around to doing some of the things in her business that she would like to do and she had been inspired by one of the recent conference speakers who was talking about work life balance.
