My first investment book was written in 2019.  At that time I had been a self-directed investor for more than 15 years.  During  which I had been able to recover far more than the $300,000 I had lost in the mutual fund my investment advisor had put my money into in 1996. Thanks to my background in commercial risk systems I had been able to create a stock scoring program and an investment system that allowed me to pick stocks that provided me with a dividend income greater than what I had earned as a Senior Vice President in a large international corporation.  The  portfolio had also  steadily grown to three times the size it was when I took charge of my own investing in 2000.  It is still growing.

After showing an 80-year-old friend how to recover hundreds of thousands lost by her investment advisor,  as well as doubling her income, I realized that I could help thousands of people to overcome their fears and ignorance of investing just like I had helped her.  Her biggest fear had been that of out-living her savings.  I talked to her recently.  She was relaxed, very much in control of her investments,  and was buying new furniture that two years ago she had never thought she would ever be able to afford.

  I am  a writer, so I  wrote an easy-to-read book about safe,  effective  investing.  It was  for those who had been curious but intimidated by the very idea of investing in stocks.  Since then,  I  have written a second investment book  for US investors.  A third investment book will soon be released.

Much to my surprise, my investment books are being read all around the world.  I thought now would be a good time to transfer the printed books to a podcast format to help as many people as possible.  This series of  podcasts starts with Chapter One of the first book, Income and Wealth from Self-Directed Investing.  If you want a printed copy, it and all my books are available from the Amazon website in both print format and e-book format.  If you search under my full name you will find the 2 investment books and my 3 novels.
