Marina and shade come to the city,

Shade finds a friend....and learns more about the great battle.

Shade fights to save his home tree haven and fails but at least he tried. The bats start their journey south with no choice.

Shade learns about his bat ancestors and want the bats to be free again that much I can tell you.

Shade learns the consequences of seeing the sun, and will learn why bats are banished from daylight.

Shade was a runt bat that wanted to proove things to his friends with out getting into trouble.
