There are many opportunities to promote good character in the workplace, in the homes of employees and in the community. Managers should constantly strive to think of (and employ) creative means of stressing the importance of good character in the workplace. We spoke to Douglas Alex Chee, the master trainer of Milestone Training. He played a pivotal role in writing, developing and training the Character Building Module of the Malaysian National Service Program for the Government of Malaysia, which included the design and delivery of the Training Of Trainers component. He has trained thousands in leadership, breakthrough, awareness, communications and relationships throughout Asia.
