Character Reveal

Hey, we're trying out a new show! This one's called Cast Party, and it's about coming up with castings for fictional projects with a guest. Or other times, we'll add hypothetical castings to existing properties, or re-cast if it's fun. We'll do this all while having drinks or something along those lines. So in other words, well, having a bit of a party while casting.

This time, we're going to add a whole bunch of characters to the existing live action Sonic movies. We heard Idris Elba was going to play Knuckles and we had to think on who else would fit in this universe. Dom is joined with Cam3, and they talk about their love of the franchise and debate on who would play all of Sonic's colorful friends. (Recorded back in November 2021, so no spoilers within)

You can find Cam anywhere online as Cam3Mix and his group as Wreck the System on all the major music platforms.
Twitter: @Cam3mix and @wreckthesystem

Certainly been a week. We wanted to still put an episode out, to maybe give some people a respite from the world right now. So, we talked about a pop culture and some world events. Hope it helps! We talked about Pokemon news, fighting games, demos, Elden Ring, virtual youtubers, and idol culture as a whole. We also discussed some union activity. Quite interesting!

Editor Note: This episode was recorded on Monday, before a lot of events in the world happened. Please be safe and take care.

That said, hey! Last week was an interesting week from a media standpoint, yeah?  We talked about a few things, like voice actor issues, Nintendo's store decisions, upcoming games, gamers being weird, and some discussion about fandubs and fansubs in anime. Once again, it was a good one!

You ever write a description right before you went to sleep? That's kind of what this episode felt like, but in a good way. We smoothly maneuvered from topic to topic, like podcasters and doctors in politics, video games, movies, television, adaptations, and Paramount popping off this week. Plus, we added some of our pre-chat to the end of the show, what fun!

We didn't have a lot of topics this week, but somehow we made a long conversation! There were video game acquisitions, movie announcements, some games clinging to life, and eh, a lot of racism. But it's all pop culture related and the conversations were fun!

Where to start, this week was wild, again. We has some food stories, then some chatter about good shows, weird video game announcements, then unfortunate  music, podcast, and book discourse. Well, it WAS fun to talk about.
