U-S conservative writer and pundit Charles Krauthammer has died. Krauthammer had announced a year ago he was being treated for a cancerous tumour in his abdomen and in early June revealed that he likely had just weeks to live. Awarded a Pulitzer for commentary in 1987, Krauthammer was an influential voice among Republicans, through his syndicated column and his appearances on Fox News and elsewhere.

Recreational marijuana will officially be legal in Canada on October 17th. This gives provinces, municipalities and marijuana businesses 17 weeks to prepare for legal pot...but is it enough? And will it be enough time for law enforcement to prepare as well?

President Donald Trump today signed an executive order to keep families together at the Mexican border, saying that he doesn't like the sight of children of illegal immigrants being separated from their parents. But Trump adds his zero tolerance policy on illegal immigration will continue. Trump signed the order under pressure from politicians, celebrities, and American citizens , who like our next guest, saw Trump’s actions as “state terrorism against children.”
