Vancouver’s gas prices have now set a new North American record. On Monday morning, gas prices throughout the Lower Mainland are sitting at an average of $1.619. This new milestone has beat a North American record, which was set in Los Angeles in 2008.

It’s been almost a month since the Humboldt Broncos bus crash that killed 16 and left 13 injured. One of those injured in the crash is Ryan Straschnitzki - paralyzed from the chest down. But as he and his family learn to deal with his diagnosis, a scam artist has created a fake Twitter AND GoFundMe account for Ryan.
