One concern we heard a lot of was how to police driving while high. One person who is echoing those statements it Grant Gottgetreu, a retired West Vancouver traffic enforcement officer who in his 22 year career has pulled over plenty a high driver. He worries the government is not ready for legalization, and is concerned about the problems this could cause on Canadian roads.
