Uber has been under fire this week after failing to disclose a massive breach last year that exposed the data of some 57 million users of the ride-sharing service.

A Newfoundland family is asking for Toronto’s help, after their two year old daughter lost her teddy bear at the Christmas Market in Toronto’s Distillery District. Global Toronto’s Farah Nasser caught up with the family over Skype after the posted their plea over Facebook.

And ending with a bittersweet story of an Edmonton girl who died much too early, who is continuing to brighten lives after her passing. Her family is making sure her legacy lives on in a new documentary. Here’s Su-Ling Goh from Global Edmonton with more.

Starting off with a few National stories you need to know about tonight. It’s been a year since the RCMP announced a landmark settlement with victims of sexual harassment and discrimination, but in that time, there’s been an astounding number of women who have come forward. Vassy Kapelos reports.

Conservative MP Peter Kent has come under fire for comparing the legalization of marijuana to putting fentanyl on shelves in reach of children.Kent made that comment Tuesday in the House of Commons during a debate on the government’s plan to legalize pot next year. Today, the MP took to Facebook to clarify his remarks, saying “My final answer did not make a chemical comparison of THC and opioids,”

Moving to a National story that’s been going on for the past few days. An Argentine submarine with 44 crew on board has been missing in the South Atlantic since last week and today hope of saving the crew dimmed after the news of an explosion.
