The Provincial NDP government in BC has announced it will ban grizzly bear trophy hunting throughout the province at the end of November. A stuntwoman passed away in Vancouver when a stunt she was doing for "Deadpool 2" went wrong. Donald Trump issued a statement saying that  "racism is evil", a day after refusing to implicate or blame white suppremecists by name in what happened in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend. 

Jody Vance talks about the culture in the "stunting community" and how a tragedy today has sent ripples through it.  Also, NDP make an announcement grizzly bear hunting for trophies will be banned as of November.

A Montreal woman has developed an app to help lonely moms meet-up and it is loosely based on Tinder.  

Millions of people are buying fake protective glasses for the upcoming lunar eclipse. Taylor Swift has won a lawsuit against Colorado- based DJ David Mueller.  Mueller had sued Swift, claiming she ruined his career, while Swift filed a countersuit asking for one symbolic dollar, which she won. Big Ben is going to be silent for four years due to maintenance. This will be the first time the clock is out of operation in 157 years.
