Sunday’s forecast features more of the same – heat, humidity, and a few afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Temperatures will start in the upper 70s away from the coast, and perhaps not dropping below 80° at the coast once again, before warming into the low 90s in the afternoon.

Highs Tuesday won’t be in the “blazing” category like we’ve seen, with air temperatures topping out around 91° under partly cloudy skies. We should still see heat indices approach 100° in the afternoon, though, especially as the seabreeze moves by. An isolated storm or two will be possible, but much of the atmosphere is pretty dry and so don’t expect anything that fires to amount to too much.
