Joining me today is metal drumming legend - Charlie Benante.

Since 1983 Charlie has been the powerhouse drummer for Thrash Metal Kings - Anthrax as well as playing for S.O.D

Join Charlie and myself as we chat about his incredible career with Anthrax from way back in 1983!

We chat about Charlie"s love of British heavy metal - Particularly Motörhead and how Lemmy showed up at the first UK Anthrax gig!

Also talked about was that Charlie in his mid teens turned up to audition for the mighty KISS after Peter Criss parted company with the band!
