Day of Atonement

We all sit in the desert, equally in need of his provision. May you receive bread that truly satisfies, Jesus Christ.

Remembering can bring pain and joy. As we remember our relationship with God we are faced with the pain of our failures, and the joy of his faithfulness.

Through Jesus we receive freedom from thinking we are in control, we receive the freedom of knowing that God is looking out for us, and we receive the promise of a new beginning, a fresh start.

Our comfort in life and in death is that we are caught up into something so much bigger than ourselves. God has incorporated us into the life of Christ. God has given us new life, and a new purpose.
