Cs: Na Staroměstském náměstí v Praze je krásné podzimní ráno.
En: On the Old Town Square in Prague, it's a beautiful autumn morning.

Cs: Slunce svítí na barevné listí, které padá z okolních stromů.
En: The sun shines on the colorful leaves falling from the surrounding trees.

Cs: Turisty potěší pestrobarevná scenérie a cinkot tramvají.
En: The vibrant scenery and the clink of trams delight tourists.

Cs: Petr se cítí mírně nervózní, ale zároveň natěšený.
En: Petr feels slightly nervous but also excited.

Cs: Miluje antikvity a dnes ho čeká zvláštní úkol.
En: He loves antiques, and today he has a special task.

Cs: S Hanou, jeho blízkou přítelkyní, se domluvili, že půjdou nakupovat nějaké starožitnosti.
En: He and Hana, his close friend, have agreed to shop for some antiques.

Cs: Petr se snaží soustředit, ale množství věcí ho pohlcuje.
En: Petr tries to focus, but the sheer amount of items overwhelms him.

Cs: Vidí porcelánové vázy, staré hodiny, knihy s popraskanými hřbety.
En: He sees porcelain vases, old clocks, books with cracked spines.

Cs: Mezi tím vším si představuje, jak by asi Haně darované předměty zapadly do jejího bytu.

Cs: Když pak lampu Haně předá, zastaví se svět.
