The CharroBoys are back again. After a brief 7 month hiatus we are back to share more with you. We get back into things by explaining our absence, what we've been up to, and our future plans with the pod. We also get into some falls, some naps, and some love stories. A little bit of everything went into this one but were just happy to be back. We missed, ya.

This one was special. We know it’s been a while since we’ve been gone and we’ll get more into it once we come back but we want y’all to enjoy a special episode. Sammy is getting married soon so we had a special “bachelor episode” with the boys from Mariachi Allende, all at once! The CharroBoys finished Mother's Day week and the dust is settling. Today's CharroTopic deals with one of the heaviest weekends of the year. After playing for hours and hours for random mothers, we reflect on the amount of work it takes to get through a week like this. We discuss our 5 hour gigs on 5 hour energy shots, stopping for pee breaks, naps and lack of sleep, pains, and doppelgängers. Imagine spending all that money on a mariachi and the mom just sitting there like 😐

We got lots of responses like dealing with fireworks, failure to zelle payment, playing for narcos, and people who are offended you can’t play a song. Did I say rowdy enough?

The CharroBoys faced some technical difficulties, but we made it work. Estaba buena la platica since this was our longest episode in a while. Today’s topic deals with the crazy hours that clients have the audacity to ask for. It doesn’t always work out unfortunately. We also get into playing in a room with a corpse, watching boxing, puros corridos on the playlist, wearing new suits, and Sammy’s teacher duties. It seems we’ve all heard many myths and legends in the mariachi industry so we discuss some of the things you’ve heard around. The CharroBoys got into it today with what it’s like to tell a boss you’re leaving for another group or opportunity. We talk about how daunting the task can be, also we dive into times we had to do the same thing in former groups. We also get into being sick, flaking last minute, our boss going on vacation, and Vic being sus. We played from people from Sinaloa too and we were scared.
