    Dr. Lilach Saperstein is an audiologist helping families navigate life and parenting at the intersection of hearing loss, special needs, and other chronic health challenges. She worked as a cochlear implant audiologist at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, Israel, and is the host of the All About Audiology podcast which has been downloaded more than 20,000 times.

    Dr. Saperstein is on a mission to help parents connect with and advocate for their children. From her speaking engagements to her clinical work, she has empowered hundreds of people with information and support in their time of need.   • Marguerite " The Lady with strong determination "
    As a child, Marguerite spent countless hours making up stories and creating worlds, going so far as to make one of her teachers enforce a page maximum for class short stories. As she grew up, while her love of creation persisted, she began to focus on another loved aspect of her life: hospitality. Anyone and everyone who entered her life was treated with the best hospitality she could offer, whether they were close family friends, the gardener, or the homeless man on the corner. While she dove into a career in customer service and hospitality, Marguerite still spent time creating, dabbling in all sorts of creative outlets, from culinary to ceramics to music. Every summer she honed her social skills at San Diego Comic Con as part of Talent Relations, meeting many famous faces, such as Stan Lee and Anthony Head. However, after being exposed to podcasting and the opportunities it provided for immersive storytelling, she realized what had been missing from her life: Writing and world building. Now she seeks to welcome those from all walks of life into a world of her own creation.

  • Roderick a multi-genre author
    Roderick Edwards (aka RoderickE) was born in 1968 and adopted at age 4. His adopted family was chaotic and virtually non-existent making for a unique perspective of life. Due to his very thin physique, as a young boy, doctors suspected Roderick had a muscle deterioration disease which caused him to spend many years in treatment. However, the prognosis was wrong.
    As an adult at age 50, Roderick found his biological family. Much of his early forays into writing came via the advent of MOOs and MUDs (online, text-based communities before the Internet had images). The text-based nature of these communities required very descriptive writing, especially as many of the early users were blind and would use screen readers. This attention to descriptive and imaginative detail has led to the style Roderick demonstrates.
    Further, Roderick has an interest in theology, philosophy, and politics and even once ran a mock presidential campaign

  • Gaurav & Golden Globe Race
    With more than 20,000 nautical miles of ocean racing experience, Gaurav Shinde, an Indian born management professional is representing Canada in the Golden Globe Race 2022.  Gaurav started sailing at the age of 11 after joining the Sea Cadet Corps Training Ship Jawahar in Mumbai, India. He attributes his solid seamanship skills to the time spent at Jawahar and learning sailing from ex-world champions.  Gaurav made a name for himself by winning two consecutive offshore championships in India. Inspired by India’s first solo circumnavigator Dilip Donde and Sir Robin Knox Johnston, Gaurav joined the 2013/14 Clipper Round The World Yacht Race. In 2013, he received the Admiral Ramdas Trophy for offshore sailing from the Yachting Association of India becoming only the first civilian to win the award that had been won by India’s circumnavigators Dilip Donde and Abhilash Tomy.  An adventurer in the true sense, Gaurav grew up sailing across the Arabian sea, climbing in the Himalayas and exploring the vast wilderness of India. However, the Golden Globe Race promises to be the coolest thing he has done – so far!  Outside of sailing, he is an MBA from the Ivey Business School and Gaurav continues to showcase his talents in the business world along with speaking on the motivational speaking circuit. Gaurav also spends time supporting his chosen charities and supports sailing projects for the underprivileged.  By completing a solo non-stop circumnavigation in the Golden Globe Race 2022, Gaurav hopes to inspire the next generation of global adventurers.

    Taleha Khan, a full-time software engineer and Radio Jockey is a motivator by nature. She loves to motivate people around her and the first such step that she took towards it was when she launched a movement called “Talent in My City”.
    The online Radio show received a huge listener base from across the world. Many people who showcased their talent on the show were inspired to leave their jobs to pursue their passions in life.
    But being a motivator for life is not just her mission but also a purpose that she seeks to fulfil every day. She has been a TEDx speaker as well as an international public speaker too. Through these two outlets, she has shared her life lessons with thousands of others, motivating them for life.
    n addition to being such an inspiring personality, Taleha is also a Podcast coach, Podcaster, Content Strategist & Marketer and, quite interestingly, a Food Walks Leader. In addition to all this, she likes to call herself a 24/7 content creator. This last one belies a mind that is razor-sharp and always working. No wonder then, that her public-speaking sessions are full of anecdotes that are part-inspiration and part-reality.
    She has done an Executive Management Program from IIT-Delhi. In 2019, her research paper about an Indian coffee start-up got published in a book by McGraw Hill International. She is currently working as a Full-Time Software Test Engineer with Iris Software Inc., Noida. Besides, she is also an RJ with All India Radio’s Western Music Section and presents shows on the Rajdhani Channel. Her blogging venture talesbytalz speaks about food, beauty, lifestyle, technology, travel, creative writing, productivity and content strategies.
    When Taleha began podcasting, she found that people absolutely enjoyed her podcasts and wrote back to her that they also started podcasting after listening to her. That motivated her to go big on this. Since then, Taleha keeps conducting podcasting workshops and she has continued this practice even during this lockdown.
    Since the lockdown was announced, more than 70 people who participated in these workshops have started podcasting. She has represented India at the Online Women Entrepreneur Summit where she talked about online visibility and podcasting. At present, she is working towards building a community of podcasters who want to get their voices heard about topics that matter.
    Describing her journey in life through a YouTube video, Taleha says, “I am a full-time software engineer by profession, which means I am tapping a keyboard and sitting behind a computer, with all ideas and thoughts just buffering and buffering and buffering! That is when I decided to walk the path of my passion and chase my dreams. That is when I started doing food walks, meeting people and going to events, reading books, connecting with the writers and travelling across places, listening to people’s thoughts. I started penning my thoughts on my blog and also started a YouTube channel. That is also when I decided to join a radio channel, Radio Masala, as a Radio Jockey (RJ).”
    Having accomplished so much at such a young age, Taleha was also selected to be a Youth Ambassador for Peace with the United National Peace Federation. She has been invited to speak at many national and international events across India, Malaysia and the UK.
