To my committed followers, I have been distracted from doing the thing I love, which is this podcast. Please extend some grace:)
Here is the truth, I figured since I didn't drop a new episode a few months in a row, that it didn't matter if I ever recorded another one. I was consumed and allowed so many other things to dictate my time and priorities, while completely losing focus.
Imposter syndrome set in too; THEN, in the span of one week, two women wanted to know when I was recording the next one, they actually listened to it and looked forward to it.
Thank you to those women, you might know who you are. It only takes one to set you straight:)
Here is my question to you: what have you stepped away from what you enjoy, because you have allowed other people's priorities to override yours?? OUCH!
1) Identify what's holding you back and take action.
2) Practice Presence over Pre-Occupation
3) Surrender to gain control
Thank you for tuning in.

“I was a 10-year-old 122lb fourth grader, publicly ridiculed and humiliated when my class witnessed the number on the scale. My weight wasn’t just on my body—it was on my confidence, my relationships, my future. But the moment I stopped trying to be 'less' and started choosing wholeness over perfection, everything changed.”
In this episode, we sit down with a powerful woman who turned her deepest insecurities into her greatest mission. Once overwhelmed by body shame and self-doubt, she’s now a thriving Registered Nurse helping others reclaim their health—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
You don’t want to miss this raw, redemptive, and real conversation about healing, self-worth, and what it truly means to thrive.
You are ENOUGH.
You are WORTHY.

I very recently lost my younger sister, suddenly and unexpectantly. It was heartbreaking and devastating.
What I gleaned and cherish from her life are captured in my eulogy.
I pray you are able to relate to the lessons and take away a nugget or two.
God Bless You for listening.
