1:  Multitasking is Forbidden.. :)

Trying to keep optimal health, financial goals, meditating daily , journaling , manifesting and heaven forbid to get a nights sleep is enough to make you ill. 

Just do one thing well.

There is nothing wrong with dropping off the radar sometimes.

I needed to refresh and get a breath. I received, which is rare for me.. cause I always think I have to exchange my super powers. 

I have some wonderful people who love freely and make my life abundant.

So tap out and tap into those things that will fill your well spring.

Being vulnerable is a place we all need to be safe, and the voice of shame coming from within has to be reigned. 

Fear can be a safe alarm that you are moving forward into new experiences. Take account how far you have come and applaud your growth!

But by all means be a cheerleader for yourself!
