hello there besties, this episode is dedicated to the INCREDIBLE practice of becoming your own best friend. there truly is something that makes this so powerful and i can speak from experience when i say it IS the way to live and continue our journey of life. we should all remember the second great commandment which is "love thy neighbor as thyself" which in other words is god inviting us to LOVE OURSELVES as we do our neighbor because i think as we have evolved as humans we sadly have disregarded ourselves and minds in order to place others before ourselves which isn't necessarily poor behavior, but i have found so much peace and joy as i have entered my "be your own best friend" era. i hope you can enter yours too!!!

today i unlocked two truths that have honestly lifted me: happiness isnt found, its made and that happiness isn't a destination but a journey. as i have applied these truths i have seen myself being inspired at the fact that i can truly CARVE my personal happiness into my life, it is not something i have to wait for or dream about but at ANY GIVEN MOMENT i can actively choose to create happiness and make it become REALITY. as we purposefully search for god's hand we will naturally experience authentic happiness!!!
