hello my friends!! today i share my thoughts on one of my favorite topics....JOY!!!! on my mission i learned what it meant and how it felt to EXAGGERATE JOY!!! leaning into this level of emotion is what truly connects us to our Savior. as we emphasize and romanticize our life with all the tender mercies and miracles God sends us, he become more and more of our authentic self. i know that there is beauty in JOY and this is an emotion God yearns for us to experience!!!! take part in my challenge to design a passcode between you and the Lord so you can identify him in the "simple/daily life" circumstances!!!! he is there i promise, and he desires for YOU to experience this great amount of joy and BLISS which this gospel brings.

todays episode is simply me sharing my testimony about the reset i am currently experiencing!!!! some bonus topics are forgiveness and shouldering opposition with christ and saying BYE BYE to contention!! a really neat practice i've applied to my life is shouldering my tragedies and trials with my savior and start bringing attention to the ways he is being present in my story!! our tragedies mean something to us, the Savior and to our spiritual potential!!

today i bounced around a lot of profound thoughts that the spirit placed in my heart and soul!! during this very special chapter of my life i have discovered the very beauty in our "disasters"!!! the circumstances in our life ultimately lead us to the DISCOVERY OF LAYERS we never knew were possible or even existed!!

hello there besties, this episode is dedicated to the INCREDIBLE practice of becoming your own best friend. there truly is something that makes this so powerful and i can speak from experience when i say it IS the way to live and continue our journey of life. we should all remember the second great commandment which is "love thy neighbor as thyself" which in other words is god inviting us to LOVE OURSELVES as we do our neighbor because i think as we have evolved as humans we sadly have disregarded ourselves and minds in order to place others before ourselves which isn't necessarily poor behavior, but i have found so much peace and joy as i have entered my "be your own best friend" era. i hope you can enter yours too!!!

today i unlocked two truths that have honestly lifted me: happiness isnt found, its made and that happiness isn't a destination but a journey. as i have applied these truths i have seen myself being inspired at the fact that i can truly CARVE my personal happiness into my life, it is not something i have to wait for or dream about but at ANY GIVEN MOMENT i can actively choose to create happiness and make it become REALITY. as we purposefully search for god's hand we will naturally experience authentic happiness!!!
