Prior to starting ETA, Jeff managed the secutiry and logistics for a small portfolio of high net worth travelers to include celebrities, corporate executives & their families. Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in security and logistics having managed over 500 multi-level events.

Mr. George Oelschig serves as an Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Safemark Systems L.P. Mr. Oelschig serves as Treasurer for the board of Trinity Preparatory School in Winter Park, Florida. He has an extensive background in banking. He served as President of Safemark Systems. He served as an Executive Vice President of C&S National Bank and NationsBank Corp. in Atlanta. He served as the President at Safemark Systems. He served as a Director of The Piedmont Bank. Mr. Oelschig holds a BA from the University of Georgia.

Derryl Benton is Executive Vice President of Business Development at HMSHost, responsible for overseeing the winning and extending of industry contracts. Derryl joined HMSHost in May 2014 as Vice President of Business Development, and was promoted to EVP in October 2014.

Before joining HMSHost, Derryl was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Hudson Group, where he was responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in North America, and working with the company’s Government Affairs department in maintaining relationships with the nation’s city mayors, city councils, and other public officials.

Prior to Hudson, Derryl was Director of Concessions/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, where he oversaw the operations of a $500 million concessions program which included rental cars, food & beverage, news, and specialty retail. In this role he also administered the Authority’s small business procurement policies. Before becoming Director of Concessions, he was Director of Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWVE) Programs for the Authority, during which he received the FAA’s DBE Liaison Officer Certification.

Before beginning his career in Aviation, Derryl was Vice President of SunTrust Bank, where he gained extensive experience in residential and commercial lending.

Derryl received his education in Business Administration from Lake-Sumter State College and the University of Central Florida.

Brian A. Walsh, is the founder and President of The Collage Companies, a design build, integrated services firm that is an established leader in the construction industry; headquartered in Central FL and working throughout the Southeast. He has directed the firm’s activities and rapid growth towards quality and excellence since 1982. In 1981, Mr. Walsh became a State of FL Certified General Contractor and hold licenses in Florida and Virginia. He is the recipient of certification for Passive Energy for Building Design. In 2003 he was selected as a charter member of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) Designated Professionals and most recently became a LEED Accredited Professional. He has served as an arbitrator and as part of a panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. He has served on the National DBIA Board as a Director as well as remaining active in many other civic and religious roles.

John Hillenmeyer retired in 2010 as President and CEO of Orlando Health after a thirty- six year career in hospital administration, twenty-eight of those years with Orlando Health. His first position with Orlando Health was as the first Vice President and Executive Director of the Dr. P. Phillips Hospital on Sand Lake in Southwest Orange County. During his tenure at Orland Health, he led the organization through a period of substantial growth, including major capital expansion, clinical program development and successful negotiations of several strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Mr. Hillenmeyer earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky and a Masters of Health Care Administration from Duke University. Mr. Hillenmeyer also served on the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board from 2002 to 2006; on the Voluntary Hospitals of America Southeast Board from 1992 to 2010, serving as Vice Chairman from 2007 to 2010; and on the Statutory Teaching Hospital Council / Safety Net Hospital Alliance of Florida Board from 2001 to 2010, serving as Chairman from 2002 to 2004.

He is an Advisory Board Member of Sun Trust, and a Board Member of the following; Orlando Health Foundation, Heart of City Foundation, Seal Shield, Inc. and Source 2. In 1997, he joined the board of Westminster Services (nonprofit retirement centers) and continues to serve on that Board today. Mr. Hillenmeyer also currently serves on the Metro Board of the Central Florida YMCA, he is Chairman of the Seminole County Economic Development Advisory Council, which he has chaired since 2010. He served as Chairman of the Regional Commission on Homelessness until 2015, he remains on the Executive Committee and Board. In 2016 he was named Chairman of the Seminole County Action Board to Impact Homelessness. He has a long history of community involvement including serving multiple terms on the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, which he chaired in 2008, and multiple terms as a board member of the Central Florida Partnership. Mr. Hillenmeyer was also a member of the Orlando Downtown Development Board from 2000 to 2005, serving as Vice Chairman in 2005. In addition, he served as Chairman of the Red Cross in 1994.

Thomas J. Starnes has been President of Hughes Maintenance Repair and Operations at Hughes Supply Inc. since November 2003 and served as its Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing from June 2001 to December 2003. Mr. Starnes served as Chief Marketing Officer of Value America from December 1999 to August 2000 and as Executive Vice President from April 1999 to December 1999. From September 1997 to April 1999, he served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Senior Vice President, Business Development of U.S. Office Products. Mr. Starnes received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School.

As senior vice president of development for StreetLights Residential, Edward Wood is responsible for multifamily development in Florida.

Prior to joining Streetlights, Edward was president of Concord Management Limited, where he spent seven years; Concord is one of the nation’s largest privately owned affordable housing firms. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at Trammell Crow Residential, where his service spanned multiple disciplines, including multifamily development, acquisitions and property management. Edward held a variety of titles with the TCR / TCRS organization, including managing director of North Florida, president of the Southeast U.S. Region and president of the Florida Region. He also was an elected member of the Trammell Crow Residential Board of Directors.

Edward is a member of the Urban Land Institute, has been active in the National Multifamily Housing Council and is a former regional board member of Apartment Life. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Central Florida and a Master in Business Administration from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, concentration finance, where he graduated with highest honors.

Brad Rex is a senior executive and corporate officer with proven experience growing businesses and driving results in start-up, turnaround, and expansion situations. He has over 20 years of corporate experience in major multi-national companies including the Walt Disney Company, Hilton and British Petroleum, and led Disney's Epcot theme park after 9/11. He is a strategic and operational leader, having led strategic planning, finance and business development teams for these companies, as well as leading large operating units of over $500 million and $1 billion in revenue. He is a distinguished graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School, and was a nuclear submarine officer. He has 15 years of experience on major non-profit boards, and an extensive network of outstanding business leaders and support professionals.

In his current role, Brad is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Board Director of Foundation Partners Group. FPG is a private equity backed company that owns over 45 funeral home and cemeteries across the United States. Through Brad's vision, FPG is reinventing the funeral experience and industry using technology and multi-sensory experiences.

Eddy Moratin is the Executive Director of LIFT Orlando, a non-profit organization founded by business leaders to partner with neighborhood residents and accelerate community transformation. Its mission is to break the cycle of poverty through holistic neighborhood revitalization.

Prior to joining LIFT Orlando, Eddy spent seven years as the Executive Director of Lifework Leadership Orlando, a premier leadership development organization. During this time he also served as Senior Fellow at PathNorth in Washington D.C. helping senior leaders around the country broaden their definition of success.

As a social-entrepreneur he became a co-founder of BAM, LLC, a holding company for shared officing and remote receptionist franchises. While in this role, he founded a minority certified joint-venture that helped launch Laurus, a multi-functional, call center outsourcing company.

Before running his own companies, Eddy served as a Client Services Consultant with Right Management Consultants, the leading global provider of integrated consulting solutions, helping 80% of Fortune 500 companies to “manage the human side of change”. He served in multiple leadership positions over a six year career at the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest and most influential chambers in Florida with over 5,000 members. During his time there he became a founding team member for Workforce 2020, one of the most innovative, business-led welfare and workforce reform initiatives in the country. This led to his work with the Jobs Partnership of Florida where he designed, launched and delivered their first soft skills corporate training program for developing better leaders, managers and employees.
