J.B. Adams has a life-long love of learning. His career in education was developed over eleven years with the Walt Disney Company. At Disney University and Disney Institute, he created numerous educational experiences for various audiences such as field trip students, convention participants, and business professionals. He became known for his ability to design experiential activities that were not only fun, but also meaningful. Working closely with marketing and facilitation partners, he developed The Disney Approach to Leadership Excellence into one of Disney Institute’s top performing professional programs.
In 2001, J.B. founded Adams Learning, Incorporated, to provide training and instructional design services. As an instructional designer, facilitator, and consultant, he and his associates help organizations create exceptional learning experiences that deliver results.
Over the course of his career, J.B. has worked with clients such as Toyota, Microsoft, Office Depot, The Walt Disney Company, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Bank of America, Walmart, FedEx, The Tribune Company, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Ernst & Young, American Management Association, Society for Human Resourch Management, AchieveGlobal, Wilson Learning, TalentKeepers, Philips Electronics, Society for Human Resource Management, and United States Navy.
