Destiny joins her father on the podcast this week to discuss her latest teaching adventure and being back in the classroom. She shares a self-help book she recently read for a book review project titled "The Frazzled Parent" by Elaine Hogan and what she learned about the neurodevelopmental condition ADHD. John shares his thoughts on last week's football game. He comments on the sports report regarding Josh Allen's gameplay and the referees missing a major penalty that could have changed the game's outcome. 

Destiny and John are having a contest to promote the release of their second children's book, "The Journey with Dad 2." One lucky person will have a chance to win an autographed copy of their children's books.
