this is just an episode I wanted to put out updating a little on my boring life and the silly little things happening in it. I think it was worth it because I haven't made an episode in over 6 months and there is not a lot that has happened bit there is some things I thought would be fun to talk about! back to scripted episodes next week! send me some suggestions or ideas that you have or may want to hear from me!

this is something that I think is super important because I have been struggling with people pleasing and that is not healthy for anyone. So I am getting rid of thinking about what others think in a bad way. I love the constructive criticism and the positivity but im not going to listen to the hate.

I give a brief update to my life then talk about mindset and how I believe it is so important to me. I also talk about someone that means a lot to me as a mentor, and finally some self help tips. Thank you all for listening I love you all and all of your support is not going unnoticed I am beyond happy to be getting the listeners I do.
