I’ve been working on this for ages and I’m still not there I seem to go forwards then plateau or even go backwards a bit then get a bit closer lol

Since my pole class ended I’ve not found a new one yet but I gave Ariel hoop a go. I am a bit afraid of heights so expected to not like it as much but I loooove it, here are a few moves from my first class. Looking forward to improving
