Society has conditioned us as a culture to continually be so "Strong," all of the time. While in reality, we do not exist in a "Perfect," world so we are and will never be perfect. It's totally okay to admit that we may need to re-evaluate various factors in our lives and find ways to cope with the challenges that we undergo. Many Americans suffer from anxiety, society, mental illness, depressive disorders and are struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one. The goal of this podcast is to inform others that it is quite alright to seek help if your going through any of these items. Sometimes we are able to find a way out on are on, but its quite alright if things need to be escalated to a professional.
It is very imperative to surround yourself with positive and caring individuals that desire the best for you and take time out for yourself! Many people incorporate prayer, music, exercise, spa days, trips and other essential aspects to help them deal with tough times. At the end of the day, we must find out what works personally. Because life is too short not to be out here living our best lives.

Having a good heart is a great attribute, however in today's day and time it can also have many cons! Especially when you genuinely care about someone, you often will do everything in your powers to help them when they are down and out. In today's episode we will take a deeper look, in regards to how helping an ungrateful person can go horribly wrong.
When dealing with people you often have to ask yourself some vital questions; especially those that always seem to need help. Does this person continually seem to put them self in a bad situation? Are they constantly self-sabotaging them selves and in return trying to bring you down? And almost behave in a manner that you are obligated to help them. Do they use reverse psychology when you call them out an issue that you are experiencing?
In this day and time you have to be mindful of individuals that are narcissistic, emotional vampires and those that exhibit the "Green-Eyed Monster," traits. People of this manner never tend to believe anything is ever their faults, and do not see anything wrong with using and draining someone and typically are extremely jealous. Stay tuned, we are going to share our personal experiences and our thoughts on how helping an ungrateful person can go horribly wrong. Special thanks to my two special guests: Spicy Bananas and Candyman.

Almost everyone has experienced some form of hatred within their lives; it can stem from complete strangers or even the closest people to us. On today's episode we welcome special guest Brittany Gemini(Bossy B) to provide her take upon various forms of hate. This includes hate between family members, ( So- Called) friends, coworkers, various races /ethnic groups and attention whores, etc.
I personally believe that if we as a culture could minimize and even eliminate the hatred between us, the world would be a better place. However, regardless of what you do or say, trust and believe someone will always have something negative to say! Sometimes you cannot win for losing, so live your best life because life is short!
I would love to hear from you, if you have any feedback or would like to be a guest on the show send me an email.
Thanks for taking the time to check out Episode Two. This is a brief overview of my take on the "Five Love Languages." The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate, is a book written in 1992 by Gary Chapman. In this episode we take a journey to explore the languages intermingled with hip-hop tunes. In my opinion the love languages not only apply to romantic relationship but also to friendships and family relationships. Chapman believes that everyone has a primary and a secondary love language. What is your love language?
