Setting goals for the new year can be daunting. Meditation can help you stay on track and keep your eye on the prize as you ask each day for next steps and engage in your goals. Vision boards bring in a concrete visual to help with focus and gentle reminders throughout the day.
Meditation is a way to rejuvenate and relax. It is helpful for a restful sleep and finding answers to difficult situations. Science has proven that serotonin levels are increased through meditation. I hope you enjoy doing this meditation with your family. I challenge you to create a space in your home for meditation, a space that can be designated as the quiet area with no distractions.
For this meditation I used the Imagine Meditation Cards for Children. You can purchase these cards at www.theimaginecards.com
This little deck is a fun way to teach children emotional intelligence. Today we are talking about believing in the magic all around us. These special episodes will be short and sweet, perfect for the family to listen to and discuss all together.
Children's Spirit Animal Cards by Dr. Steven D. Farm are available on Amazon.
