Arcturians”, the gang (as we call them) provide the Earthly population with a design for a “free energy” device that has no moving parts, lasts forever, and perpetually provides enough energy that you will never need to buy another gallon of gas, pay a utility bill to heat your home or office, and never runs out of power. It is a small handheld device powerful enough that 3 to 4 of them could power a large manufacturing facility, a tall office building, or a regional shopping mall. The details of the metallic composition of the device are not complete but, according to “the gang”, various engineers in several countries are currently working on a very similar device. This information is intended to encourage these engineers to continue their work and guidance on how their work may be modified to be more efficacious.
