Aaron Dalbec of BANE, Be Well & Only Crime opens up about filing the void and the depression that settled in after Bane's final days, how he coped and how he found the motivation to join another band with his friends to create Be Well. We chat about using distractions to keep us from processing our emotions, the importance of true friendship bonds and not being afraid to reach out and talk about anything and everything that you might need to.
