On this week’s show we are going to have Tim Mondl from the Forest Preserve District of Cook County to talk about all the things we can do in the month of December in the Forest Preserve District of Cook County and there are a lot of things. The Steve Ettinger Executive Director of the Illinois Conservation Foundation who will talk about the ILCF Directors Pheasant and Quail hunt we were part of and how much fun it was but more important I will get him to talk about how we can help the Illinois Conservation Foundation at the end of the year with a tax-deductible donation and expand the outdoor experience to kids, woman, families and more. On this week’s show we are going to have Jim Hamilton from Northwest Indiana who has been a perch angler in the area for many years. He will be on talk about perching in the Calumet River, 87 st and also in Indiana waters during the winter. We will then have Mark Hroncich a Chauncey's Pro Staff member who in the 1st weekend of deer season, his son Ben and himself both scored a deer each. Then Mike Reynolds, my very very good friend who I enjoy hunting with will be on to talk about how to improve your chances of harvesting a deer this season and how to fool them for that trophy deer. Then Jarrett Knise who last weekend caught a fish of a lifetime. He caught a 72.9 pound big head carp in Humbolt Park Lagoon while bass fishing, that just could be the next state record. Then Mike Pierce the stocking coordinator for the Fox River Valley Muskie Inc. Club and their 3 year ongoing stocking of muskie into the Chain O Lakes In northern Illinois and its success.

Then Jacob Wheeler who won the Angler of the Year for the MLF Fishing Tournaments will come on to tell us how hard it is to win that award in the Professional Fishing Tournaments against all the other great anglers. Then Steve Sillic Fisheries Biologist for the Forest Preserve Dist. of Cook County will bring us up to date on Inland Trout fishing that starts next Saturday.
