The state has agreed to a $550 million bailout of Hartford, and Chaz and AJ were furious.

Fairfield Police Chief Gary MacNamara was on the phone with Chaz nad AJ to address a news story about hawks becoming a nuisance for Fairfield residents. The police have "relocated" the birds.
