They embraced Hard Core but was far from limited to its trappings and explored Art Rock, Alt Rock, Experimental Rock, Post-Punk, Reggae, Dub.

In this week's episode Marc and Frank take a look at the band Turnstile and their debut album "Nonstop Feeling."

Released on 1/13/2015 on Reaper Records, and a year later reissued on vinyl by major record label Roadrunner Records. This is the bands debut LP, however they had previously released 2 eps. The band formed in Baltimore in 2010 as part of a growing "hardcore scene" and have been a progressive force within since.

They also chat about MCA from the Beastie Boys in honor of the eight year anniversary of his passing.
