This week the guys check into the Bates Motel and get chummy with Norman Bates… Just in time for Halloween, the guys take a deep dive into the 1960 Alfred Hitchcock hit Psycho, starring Anthony Perkins, Janet Leigh, Vera Miles, and John Gavin. They discuss what made this one of the top thriller movies of all time and why it still holds up against the slasher movies of today.

Hi Ho Hi Ho it's off to work the guys go…. Breaking down the #34 film on AFI’s Top 100, Walt Disney’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Walt Disney’s 1937 debut film was so far ahead of its time and they discuss how it created the much-loved movie genre of animation.

This week the guys just felt like running… and they didn’t stop until they got to the 1994 hit Forrest Gump. They take a look at the epic romantic comedy directed by Robert Zemeckis and breakdown why this move lands at #76 on AFI’s top 100.

This week the guys take a big bite of the Royale with Cheese; Pulp Fiction. The 1994 “new noir” hit directed by Quentin Tarantino. What makes this movie the Big Kahuna? Is it the acting from the star-studded cast, the heavy dialogue, graphic violence? They take a deep dive into the film to look at how it broke the mold of older films and why this movie is ranked 94 on AFI’s top 100, and also where it lands amongst Tarantino’s films to them. Just be cool ….

It is not of this earth” This week the boys grab their whips and swing into the adventures of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. This 1981 film starring Harrison Ford and directed by Steven Spielberg lands at number 66 on the AFI top 100 list. They dust off their fedora’s and get right into the details of this film and its iconic score.

This week the guys get their motors running and take a long ride into the 1969 hit film Easy Rider starring Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, and Jack Nicholson. They discuss the counter culture success of Easy Rider and how the film opened the door to “New Hollywood.”

In this week’s episode, the guys dive into a steaming bowl of Duck Soup. They take a look at the 1933 Marx Brothers film that is considered a comedic masterpiece. They discuss the comedic style of the Marx Brothers and the impact they had on the comedy genre. They look straight into the mirror of this witty, slapstick comedy but will they be able to pick out their own reflection. See why this movie is ranked #60 on AFI’s Top 100 films.

This week the guys take a deep dive in search of the elusive Maltese Falcon. They investigate the 1941 classic film The Maltese Falcon directed by legendary director and actor John Huston. They discuss the creation of the film genre Noir and what makes this film the OG of Hollywood Crime Drama. It’s the stuff that dreams are made of.

This week we sit in on the jury to observe Twelve Angry Men who dive into a heated debate over whether or not an 18-year-old boy should be found guilty of murder. We take a look at the facts and deliberate if Sidney Lumet’s 1957 courtroom drama Twelve Angry Men belongs in the top 100 movies.
