Jay Cobb Anderson, from Fruition, calls in to debut the studio track "Forget About You" from the band's forthcoming Wild As The Night album. He also talks about the track, and shines a little light on his songwriting process in general. The mini-episode ends with the new track, followed by the debut live version of a Mimi Naja song "Playin' On (Words)" which was originally released as part of the Volume 2 of the band's limited release 7" vinyl series.
