We are so excited to welcome back Grace Tame to the podcast to discuss running with endometriosis. One in seven Australians lives with the chronic disease, which can cause pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, bloating, nausea, and other symptoms.

So how do you run with endo? We chat about Grace’s experience with endometriosis, how she personally manages her symptoms, and how she still manages to run.

In the third and final instalment of our Road to Baby series, we discuss Anna’s current pregnancy, including fears, joyful moments, symptoms, and (of course) running. If you haven’t listened to the first two episodes of the series, start from the first episode here.

Anna also answers some questions you guys sent through in terms of your cycle coming off birth control, running while pregnant and how to best support your partner trying to fall pregnant.

We’re back for season 8 of Cheeky Run Club – and we’re kicking it off with fan favourite, Issy Hume.

Issy competed in her first marathon in Melbourne a few weeks ago and came FIFTH !!!! We had to get her on and chat about the ten lessons she learnt from her training block, to race day and beyond.
