Cocktail of the Week: Christian's Morning Coffee

2 oz aged rum

Zest of half a lime

1 tablespoon brown sugar

dash of cinnamon

4 oz iced coffee

2 oz coconut milk

Add all ingredients except coconut milk to a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain through a fine collander into iced filled collins glass.

In separate shaker, without ice, add coconut milk and shake until frothy. Top iced coffee mixture with frothy coconut milk and garnish with optional dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!

(Serves 15)

In a punch dispenser:

Pour 750 mils blanco tequila

500 mils Sauvignon Blanc

300 mils grapefruit juice

250 mils lime juice

250 mils peach schnappes

Festoon with grapefruit, lime and orange wheels.

Serve in ice filled wine glasses
