This week's cocktail: A Grenade In Paradise

To a cocktail shaker, add

1.5 oz aged rum

0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur

0.5 oz lime juice

1 oz tangerine juice

0.75 oz pineapple juice

Add ice, and shake

Rim a rocks glass with salt and red pepper and fill with crushed ice

Pour in shaker contents to glass

Garnish with straw, edible flowers and pineapple fronds (kinda like a grenade, yes?)

This Week's Cocktail: The Spicey Margarita

1.5 oz tequila

1 oz triple-sec

0.5 oz fresh lime juice

a pinch of sea salt

bar spoon of jalapeno juice*

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake.

Strain over ice filled glass.

Top with a straw, lime wheel and optional jalapeno wedge

* To create juice, throw a jalapeno through a juicer. a barspoon of juiced jalapeno is plenty for one drink!
