The real work happens in conversations, family dynamics, work situations and inner dialogue, where you learn to recognize triggers and consciously regulate your state in the moment. Small physical adjustments can profoundly change emotional responses, perception and the outcomes of interactions. You don’t suppress emotions — you gain the ability to shift them, allowing the body to tell a new story.
