Cliff Koroll played for the Blackhawks for 11 seasons, between 1969 and 1980. He played in two Stanley Cup Finals with the Hawks falling short in 1971 and 1973.  Koroll was known as a very good two-way player in his career. He tallied 208 career goals and had four 50 Point seasons.  On December 16, 1970, Koroll carved his name into NHL history. In an 8-3 Chicago Blackhawks win over the St. Louis Blues at Chicago Stadium, Koroll recorded four assists in a single period, tying an NHL record that had stood since 1920-21.

Grant Mulvey played in nearly 600 NHL games with the Blackhawks before injuries forced him to retire. Mulvey had a bust-out game in February of 1982 as the Hawks faced the Blues. Mulvey scored 5 goals and added 2 assists for a total of 7 points. He set the Blackhawks record for the most goals in a game. In that same contest, he tied the team record for most goals in a single period with 4. He recorded 4 other hat-tricks in his NHL career. Mulvey is a member of the Illinois Hockey Hall of Fame.

Curt Fraser was known for his hard style of play as a forward. Acquired in a trade with Vancouver in 1982, his best season came during the 1985-86 season, recording 68 points in just 61 games. He netted 25 or more goals in three straight seasons. He was eventually traded to Minnesota, calling it a career in 1990. Fraser became the first head coach of the expansion Atlanta Thrashers in 1999.
