Dr. Genevieve M. Kenney is a Senior Fellow and economist at the Urban Institute with over twenty years’ experience conducting policy research. Dr. Kenney is a nationally renowned expert on Medicaid and The Children’s Health Insurance Program. In her current research, she is examining the implications of the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid coverage of family planning services, and state efforts to enroll more children in Medicaid and CHIP coverage.
